SafeLink Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of a SafeLink account and associated cloud data.
How To Request Deletion
Email the SafeLink project owner from the email address used for your SafeLink account. Include your username and the subject line: “SafeLink Account Deletion Request”.
What Will Be Deleted
Account profile data, contact records, cloud message metadata, call records, contact requests, and recoverable session data associated with the account should be deleted after identity is verified.
What May Be Retained Temporarily
Security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained only when necessary and should be minimized. Local data stored on a user’s device can be cleared inside SafeLink from Security Center > Diagnostics & History.
Inside The App
Open SafeLink, go to Security Center, and use Clear Local Data to remove app data on the current device. Cloud account deletion must be requested through this page until automated deletion is connected.
